For more than ten years, you didn't just help build Tractive's technology. You helped build the place where so many of us got to grow.
You set a high bar, and then trusted us to reach it. You gave guidance when we were stuck, shared what you knew without ever making anyone feel small for asking, and quietly cleared obstacles we could not even see yet. Just as importantly, you gave us room: room to try, to take ownership, to make our own mistakes, and to learn from them. And when we needed it, you gave us the honest pushback that made the next idea sharper.
You helped us get unblocked, pulled stalled projects back on track, and brought important topics across the finish line. And when it really mattered, you stood behind us. That is the part many of us will remember the longest.
So much of how the Tech teams think, decide, collaborate, and look after each other carries your fingerprints. That does not leave when you do. It stays with us, and we will carry that mindset forward.
Thank you for the decade, Dominik. Thank you for the trust, the guidance, the patience, the clarity, and for helping a company chasing lost pets become something much bigger.
